Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Calsy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
License
Calsy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Rent, lease, or lend the App to third parties
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
App Functionality
Calsy provides customizable calendar widgets for iOS. The App allows you to personalize widget appearance including colors, themes, and fonts. Widget functionality depends on iOS WidgetKit and operates according to Apple's guidelines and limitations.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, graphics, code, and content, is owned by Calsy and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calsy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
Updates and Changes
We may update the App from time to time to add new features, fix bugs, or make improvements. We may also modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.
Third-Party Services
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
